about an hour ago, Scandaliz Vandalistz had our first practice of the
summer, our first in quite some time! it was pretty great to be back
with the group, and we're quite excited for what this summer has in
store... tomorrow night we are playing a memphis show at the printer's
alley with the bands The Warble and the Chicago Bulls. the Warble are
a fun fun indie group with guitars, violin, silly lyrics, and audience
participation. i have not heard the Chicago Bulls because they're
quite new, but they are a supergroup of local musicians. plus they're
the 6 time NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. how can you beat that? so, if you're
not doing anything else, we hope to see you tomorrow for a little
evening of some *new* music and a couple classics.... although we
might play some more of the old goodies if you ask nicely. can't wait!
