My name is Chontelle Honour I'm 14 years old I live in New Zealanda with my 4 sisters and my olny bother and my mum and dad. I have CP and Epilepsy. I was born with CP and Epilepsy. I have to have a teacher aide at school with me. CP and Epiley has change my life because I'm not allowed to do anything like my 4 sisters can and my only bother can.
