That changes everything on your screen. It is not specific to SOS, much
less part of a particular window.

As a finance person, you probably work with spreadsheets. Making this
change in resolution means that you will be able to see many more rows
and columns in those spreadsheets without having to scroll!

That would change the Size of the Ledger or the Size of the Font?

I do not want to change the size of font.

This is one aspect of upgrades that I do not like... the Ledger should be
like the Active Patient list... you can increase the size or leave it as
is....

SOS products are designed for screen resolutions of 1024x768 or higher.
The ledger, which now displays the contents of the transaction comments
fields, is wider than it had been previously, but still well within that
screen size. Unless you are willing to increase your screen resolution,
you will have to scroll right and left to see it all.
