  Sorry, but there really is not an easy way to do this; there are many links &lt;br&gt; between a patient account and other values that are specific to a certain &lt;br&gt; data set. Note also that you cannot delete an established patient account. &lt;br&gt; Once you have one or more transactions in the ledger, deletion is not &lt;br&gt; permitted.

  We are having a problem with our authorizations not counting down &lt;br&gt; after a client has been seen. The charges are being put in and the &lt;br&gt; correct Auth number is being attached but there are not counting down. &lt;br&gt; We have tried to run an auth report and everyone shows no visits being &lt;br&gt; used which is not right.

  Seth, &lt;br&gt; Any way to generate a report that gives unapplied credits for patients (not their insurances) who have an outstanding patient charge. That way, the report does not have all the extraneous info and simply matches up patient credits to an outstanding charge. And, hopefully, the report still contains the date of the patient prepay so this is easy to find and apply once one is in the patient ledger.

I don&#39;t use electronic claims but found out &lt;br&gt; that with an insurance company using different p.o. boxes and/or different &lt;br&gt; addresses it is difficult to post a check to all accounts.
