Site Density:  Total area: 11.8 acres.  Total number of residential units: 634. Commercial space: 88,000 s.f.

Canal Street:  Sites "G1",  "G2" and "H" consist of new parking lots or garages located on the west side of Canal Street. Portions of the existing canal would be filled in and replaced with parking areas.  Property located along the canal is owned by the Canal Company.  In addition, the existing street will be widened.

The Riverwalk: The proposed Riverwalk extension is shown along the riverfront for the entire length of the development except for Site "A" (the Birmingham).  This existing building there extends right to the river's edge (see video below) so locating the Riverwalk along the river at the Birmingham would be technically challenging.
