I will confirm this, by ordinary e-mail, to USDOJ, and follow, by
filing T-II ADA complaint, and any motion, to compel lawful action, by
any city attorney, affected or interested.

This is to follow up on my telephoned reports, to Caltrain
800-660-4287, 5/15/08 in regard to SB 288/6:56, which Conductor Robert
prevented, per his unrepentent molesting of my rights, despite an
active TSA General Inquiry # 4563.

I reported by phone, 5/15/08, the indifferent male and hostile female
station agents, which female subject prevented me from recording her
name, from her tag, that afternoon from SF to Mtn. View, in my call
from the SF station, to Operator 'Lilga.'

And to Operator 'Karen,' I reported from Mtn. View, by phone, 2/16/08,
the bike car incident, on SB 190, the train I borded at 7:30 PM, the
same evening, 5/15/08.  Several bike riders were unruly, hostile, and
in a gang-fashion, solicited damage to property and mayhem.  These
hooligans all turned out to be headed to Palo Alto.  One convinced me
he was in the engineering compartment, but he was a passenger.  When I
notified the SB 190 Conductor, this individual in exemplary fashion
described how I should report to him, at the time of the incident.
But I had been convinced one of the bike car hooligans was in the
unoccupied NB box.

The incidents prior are now neglected in such dire way by Astrid
Lindell, Matt Sieger, Caltrain, VTA, and Samtrans that Caltrain owes
me apology, at least 2 10-ride discount tickets, in direct
compensation for losses of  unprocessed fares, from Caltrain's T-II
ADA neglect, so grounds for USDOJ relief are dire.

City Attorneys in the Caltrain Corridor, but particularly DENNIS
HERRERRA must respond, to relieve dire CBPC 17200-17220 grounds,
including relief from imminent further injury by unlawful official
proximities, to uneven enforcement and aggravated, dangerous crime
scenes, illegally administered, under the circumstances of fraud,
related to Caltrain's harassment of Robert Gaebler, to prevent notice
of Caltrain's treacherous accrual of actually illegal, post-2001
energy costs, to insist on illegal budgets AND ILLEGAL FARE HIKES, in
the several years since and in 2008, relative to:

Monday, January 21, 2008 was MLK Day, so that I rode CalTrain, to San
Francisco, for the holiday event, which train was scheduled regularly.

On my return, I tried to board CalTrain 280, southbound, but as usual
on holiday, CalTrain had refused to refer my either my SMCo. Sheriff,
my AMTRAK, or my TSA complaint properly, so that CalTrain CONDUCTOR
ROBERT was on duty, and he threatened to "have me arrested," if I
tried to board or said one word, as he has illegally done, severally
in 2008.

CalTrain refuses to cooperate or to refer AMTRAK or any other US
respondent, in jurisdiction, to serve.  This is contempt, in re C07
01399 SBA, USDC, Oakland, a US habeas motion, hindered by CalTrain,
SamTrans, and each illegally interested city, in the CalTrain
corridor, which illegally prey on me, usually in the tainted County of
San Mateo jurisdiction, as I ride from Mountain View to SF and return,
which injury is ongoing, for some 20 or so interrupted rides, WITH NO
COMPENSATION, FOR FORCED USE OF BUS OR BIKE, ALL THE WAY FROM SAN
MATEO TO MOUNTAIN VIEW, severally.

CalTrain and SamTrans have neglected to review MATT SIEGER, which
simply denies my complaints and conspires to abet further harassment.
Sieger's office in San Carlos must remit about 20 fares, compensation,
and arrange with AMTRAK and OCR/TSA, to relieve usual CalTrain and
SamTrans neglect, all the way back, to abuse and ADA violations, 2003,
when the current rash of abuse exacerbated, often on #280 southbound.

Per this complaint, SMCo.Sheriff has harassed me at my Co. of Santa
Clara, Mtn. View home, threatening me with arrest, for using the
CalTrain 800 number, as I was instructed by the CalTrain SF depot
staff, without duty or station agent, on the day in question.

I called CalTrain on the 800 number, to which Operator 'Robert' (same
name) answered and prpared a preliminary response.  But this must
corroborated, with the TSA complaint, shown:

CalTrain has continued illegally, without purge, as have agents of the
State, in US jurisdeiction, for notice and relief.  Since the State
admitted budget crisis, 12/14/07, my action is urgent, as all fee
hikes and ticket prices since 2001 are illegal.  Further injury is
proximate, as continued Whistleblower Act violations and neglect, by
CalTrain, State of California and inferiors, and the USA, outstanding.

ADA and 18 U.S.C. 245/371/1505/2384 and RICO are violated, with
illegal takings of millions of dollars in illegal fare increases since
2001, but also illegal takings are of my class fundamental rights, so
that ALL US AND INFERIOR JURISDICTIONS MAY BE DISCHARGED AND
COMPACTED, for cause, by any USDC order, to relieve seditious
conspiracy and contempt, and for safety, and in response to OCR/TSA.
