My rosacea is mainly redness and I had a lot of triggers and exercise was one of them. I thought that I would never be able to go back to the gym again without turning bet red. But after 3 IPL I do go to the gym everyday and my face is not in fire anymore. I do everything (step, kickboxing, weights, etc) and I don't look anything different that everybody else in the class.

 Hi Christine,
Great to hear that you have found a regime that is working for you. We
hope that you continue to get success from the TTO and Red/Blue Light.
How much of the area of your face do you treat with the light pen ?
You can cover enough area in just 10 minutes ?
davidp.

 Hi Gabriella,
What I was trying to get across was the idea that there _might_ be
some kind of link between demodex mites and some rosacea symptoms. So
far a direct link has been difficult to find - no one has been able to
prove that demodex causes rosacea. Could there be an indirect link ?
that is also possible I guess. Why would KHM find that taking

I find that my rosacea improves the more active I am. I flare with
high intensity exercise, so I don't run marathons or anything like
that. Actually, I dislike formal exercise and much prefer to work it
into my lifestyle. So, low to moderate impact "exercise" or just
walking a lot and being really active helps my rosacea.

I was having a really bad
outbreak with bumps all over my face back in June and none of my
prescriptions or over the counter products were working. I decided to

 Aimee,

I'll have to check out Qigong. I miss yoga, but it's not worth the flare.. I've noticed that putting my head upside down, even just to blow dry my hair, causes my face to flush. I try not to go there.

Walking at the ice rink sounds ideal. You are lucky to have that option.
Hi Tracey,
I'm 28 and living in NYC too and was diagnosed with rosacea this past winter. Boy, things
were a lot easier before then! I doubt I appreciated it fully either :-)
Anyhow, I had some trouble with antibiotics, but was also given Finacea for a while. It
burned a little and caused some initial redness, but the burning eventually faded. Not sure
