  <title type="html">Foam Nose Cones</title>

  I would like to make my own dense foam nose cones using a mold and casting &lt;br&gt; method. Making the mold is the easy part. The foam, well is another story. &lt;br&gt; Expandable foam insulation doesn&#39;t work. Does anyone have any ideas on foam &lt;br&gt; products that could be poured into the mold? Thanks a lot!
