I have joined the wonderful world of RC. After much deliberation I chose to go the heli route as I have a big garden and a park cross the road where I can practice. Hi All, I've finally managed to solve my problem where the Trimming Knob was maxed out and still I had to use stick left to keep the heli from spinning to the right. In my case, I just twisted the bottom rotor blades (lightly by hand), to decrease the pitch before every flight. After a couple of flights, the blades sort of kept the correct shape.... more »

hi as a new pilot of heli`s am struggling a bit. my normal pitch curves I have set are p1-38%, p2-54%, p3-62%, p4-69%, & p5-81%, although have not flew on these settings yet, they come from pitch settings of low stick -1 to +7 for top stick on throttle, as suggested in manual.............my question is... more »

Quick background...my first introduction to heli's was when I was a kid (about 1980 +- a few) and saw a guy hovering at the local school yard on summer day. Forgot all about it until a couple years later when I saw folks flying planes at the local fair grounds. That got me real interested in R/C, but alas, never did get anything.
