Pop a Card/Drop a Card Help Requested

I am close to finishing a playfield for Pop-a-Card. The ring kit I got from PBR doesn't line up with what was there. I have another Pop- a-Card that is different than the one I am working on and none of them line up with IPDB (Which, oh by the way, has several machines that are all different.) If you could only pick 1 show to attend, would it be the York/White Rose Show or the Hershey Expo? Both are the same distance for me, but I am only going to want to make the drive once. I am new into the pinball hobby so I would want to both talk to some vendors and pick up parts, but also get the opportunity to play some machines and get more... more »

I have to ask this group about this. I was at a pin repair this evening and it was a nice home in a nice area near Monterey. Seemed like a nice family. Hello, I have been trying to finish up a Data East LW3 pinball and ran into issues I can't seem to fix. Left side of translight lights out completly, ball trough not ejecting ball, playfield lights on left side not working. Sent pc boards in twice to have repaired, replaced coil in trough eject, installed new plug for J5 wires, at wits end.... more »

Greetings! I am well on the way to completing a new CPU board for the Zaccaria Generation II machines. New features; no obsolete chips, the metric connectors are next to pads for 'normal' connectors, and no batteries! First question.. anyone interested in this design? quick sale - took another one in trade to sell - cabinet above average - playfield nice except for a scratch on the playfield in the middle, it still sealed up so i can't see much - so i am just going by description given to me - tomorrow i will take pictures and try to run an extension cord to it - told it works fine and that one flipper is... more »

Any love for this game? I answered a CL ad and the guy said he had a Pinbot so I went to look at it. It was a Machine: Bride of Pinbot. It's in pretty good condition. Plastics are good. Face is good. Alphanumeric score displays seem to be good. It did reset on me once in the ten or so games I've put on it. L-4 roms. Some wear on playfield under... more »
