Most terps are already portable stuff. I've copied Gargoyle, Windows
Frotz and Glulxe (along with all my Inform6 developement stuff, which is
more or less the InformPack) on my usb pen with no problem (apart from
file association, which I seldom use).
IfPen is a good solution too, but probably you should update the terps.
