I ran a duplicate tournament a while ago, there were going to be prizes as
you suggest, one was for the first bid and made slam.
I prepared the hands earlier and was a bit mischievous, I set up a freak
hand where four slams were available in each of the suits.
Anyway the event started and I prepared to watch the fun. They took the
hands out but before the bidding commenced I was called for a ruling at
another table.
When I returned they were playing the hand, the contract was 3 Diamonds :)
