Description Discussion and advocacy of Range Voting

Range Voting in a nutshell: Score each candidate on a scale of, say, 0-99 (this is arbitrary) and declare the candidate with the highest average score the winner.

It's simple to implement and use, yet solves complex problems and paradoxes.
