Yes, and this is because (if i remembered correctly) CAKE2 do not have
relative path support for non zip archives.

Hello,

Quickzip 4 doesn't take into account
the "relative path" option
when building a 7z archive
from the shell menu extension.

Shell menu for archiving:
Quick Zip
/ add to...
/ [path to the new archive].7z

Shell menu for relative path option:
Quick Zip
/ configure
/ relative path

sry I forgot to ask something...when i compress i folder it works fine
but when i compress a folder that has subfolders the files in
subfolders are not compressed...so i was wondering is there some
option/command like include subfolders or will i have to do It it my
self?

tnx a lot I have compiled it and it works fine...btw are there any
more archives that are supported but not added such as gz,tar and bz2?

CAKE3 is Win32 specific, so you cannot use it on wm devices (you can
with some modifications, but only zip is supported).
As for sample project, you can download the CAKE Command line with
source in Files section.

It worked! Here's what I did:
I put the files I needed into the App_Code folder, removing any
references to archive types I didn't need. Then I had to change the
GetProgramPath() method and hard coded it to the "bin" folder of my
web application (there's probably a more elegant way to get that path,

Cake3 use Utils.verifyDllPath() (Utils.cs line 729) to check if the
dll exists (and then dllimport), you will need to rewrite it so it
point to your application directory.
I dont have knowledge related to ASP.NET 2.0, please drop me a note if
