RichEdit errors

About 6 months ago, I asked about RichEdit line insertion errors that were appearing when some of our users were running a quiz. It happens whe the students try to review the results of the test. It doesn't see to matter if it is XP of Vista. We have shipped around 5,000 quizzes and this problem has happened about 30 or 40 times with different unconnected users. Hi I have registered and using the Free Edition. I get a warning 'Unregistered versions can only create small lessons'. Seems like this applies to the Free Version even if you have registered? Is this correct? What limitations does the Free Version have? Thanks

I cannot run the tutorials as it is asking to change to a different screen size. I presume it means resoultion but I cannot find any reference to what screen size it needs. Can you assist me?
