The nursery will be closed this Sunday, July 15th, please visit us at the

Recycled Gardens, Oregon's only non-profit nursery funding the spay/neuter
of companion animals statewide, will be closing forever on September
1st. "We've spent six years 'recycling' plants throughout the community and
that has enabled us to fund spay/neuter surgeries for over 13,000 companion
animals--it was a good run, but enough is enough. Recycled Gardens' has
provided an important function to the community as a whole these six years,
but our volunteers have been working too hard for too little money long
enough and we feel there are less time-consuming ways to raise funds for
controlling the animal over-population problem. " says POPPA President, Keni
Cyr-Rumble.
Recycled Gardens' final plant sale is scheduled for August 16-17 at 25% off,
August 18 at 50% off, and August 19 at 75% off. Hours are 10-5 each day.
All purchases made at this sale must be either hauled away the same day or
picked up within the following week. This sale will also include all plants
in the display gardens, but these plants will have to be dug up and hauled
away by the purchaser within the following week of August 20-24. And, while
supplies last, all clay pots in stock will be given away FREE with any
purchase! Purchases must be via cash or checks only.
A facilities sale will be held on August 25th. This sale will feature
tools, garden carts, wheelbarrows, folding tables, patio furniture, and
anything else that isn't classified as flora. Sorry all, the barn itself is
NOT for sale.
We would like to thank all of our customers, donors and volunteers for your
support over the past 6 years.

program.
