  Not sure if you&#39;ve already found a solution. I was struggling with &lt;br&gt; the same issue, but realized I needed to do the equivalent of an HTML &lt;br&gt; form file upload instead of just including a text string for the data &lt;br&gt; parameter. That worked okay. I am using perl and posted the data &lt;br&gt; with a statement that looks like:

  it seems as though comments are invisible to the API.. is this true or &lt;br&gt; is there a way to fetch them? &lt;br&gt; Also, they aren&#39;t present in the backup zips either, so I can&#39; t find &lt;br&gt; any way to inspect them short of scraping the screens..
