House Rules
These are the rules that differ from standard Hero 5.0 rules:
- Equipment- heroes may collect and keep equipment for re-use similar to non-supers games.
- Chips- (Of course there are chips) Players can earn chips for various activiies and use them in game:
Current mechanical limitations:

EC: 15 points, with 3 slots of 15 points
Multipower: 30 points with 2 Ultimate slots
Ways to earn Chips:
- Between game activity on this board, the In-Character board, or your private journals
- Posting or emailing me a current Character sheet befor the start of the game.
- Some GM-Helper tasks Or several minor GM-Hleper tasks, (like looking up specific rules while I continue to arbitrate combat or other PC interaction)
- Being 5 minutes early to the game and ready to play. (does not count if you are early but still working your character points at 10 after, Kim)
Ways to use chips
- +1 OCV for one character phase
- +1 DCV until your next Character Phase
- Perform some specific 1/2 phase actions as 0-phase actions: Specifically- Draw a weapon, Holster/pocket a weapon, Perception Check, Casual Strength Checks.
- perform a "free" 1-hex shift
- 5-point push (defaust power costs)
