Hello

Is it possible to have an option in the File Save Page as dialog to have
the page title as the default file name rather than the html file?

It's useful for things such as saving archives of news sites, but you
don't want to go thru the headache of having to copy & paste the title.

Maybe a short cut for autofill?

Because the name of the file does not necessarily reflect the true
nature of the document.

Allow me to demonstrate:

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/2513117.stm

When browsing thru a directory listing of your archive, what the heck is
2513117.stm??

But if we use the title, which is "BBC|News|Middle East|UN inspectors
query iraqi promises" (appropriately stripping / translating illegal
characters ofcourse) I believe for laymans it can be much more intuitive.

Same applies for saved cgi pages.

The reason they expect it from Mozilla is because they've provided it in
IE. I work in a department which deals mainly with "media", and they all
love Mozilla here. But, they will not change over because it wastes too
much time and keystroke to actually copy the title and paste it in as a
file name.

Doesn't hurt to provide it as a preference does it?
