  If your skin doesn&#39;t begin to self-renew or self-repair, matters can &lt;br&gt; get worse - much worse. Darn it, you might find yourself with severe &lt;br&gt; eczema. &lt;br&gt; And that means acute itching - that&#39;s where you rip off layers of &lt;br&gt; flesh so you can get to the core of the itch - but no amount of &lt;br&gt; frantic scratching makes any difference. There&#39;s little relief.
