Yes, yes, yes!!  I'd much rather see the dates here and then if the
due date falls within a week I'd rather see days of the week, ie.
'Sunday', 'Monday', etc.  Finally, if the due date is tomorrow then
leave it as it does now, displaying 'Tomorrow'.

I'd use the Lead time to determine color for the date display.  So if
the task is being displayed before the lead time, display it in Blue.
If the task falls within the Lead time, Green.  If the task is due
today, Yellow.  If task is overdue, Red.  This essentially gives the
notion that the task is heating up :-)
