  +1! &lt;br&gt; That sounds like a great idea... while I don&#39;t do a lot of fertilizing, &lt;br&gt; there are a couple of instances were this would come in handy for me: &lt;br&gt; a) property taxes: at least where I live they are due twice a year, but &lt;br&gt; not 6 months apart. That means I currently need two yearly recurring &lt;br&gt; tasks, rather than one, with the correct months marked.

  Actually, what you are describing is something I have long sought. &lt;br&gt; It seems less of an issue to me when using the &amp;quot;Closed List&amp;quot; method, because I am not assigning things days in advance. I am deciding today what will go on the Closed List for tomorrow, and not making any decisions about what happens after that. Because new work may arrive, conditions may change, etc., I don&#39;t want to &amp;quot;close&amp;quot; lists more than a day ahead.

  Hi, &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Utilising a context &#39;Closed List&#39; is a good way to generate your daily list. The only slight problem I found with this option, was forward planning. It does to an extent turn the list into a single list setup. Which can work well enough. But it is difficult to gauge how your list is looking for tomorrow and future days.

  After doing a lot of work with MLO on my Pocket PC I connected for a &lt;br&gt; sync to the desktop. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I had a lot of conflicts. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Because the conflict box defaults to overwrite the device I had to go &lt;br&gt; into each drop down and change the sync direction. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;It would be nice to have a drop down to apply sync direction to all

Though I only have Outlook 2003 installed are you using anything later? &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;What type of Sync are you using &#39;MLO --&amp;gt; Outlook&#39; or &#39;MLO &amp;lt;--&amp;gt; Outlook&#39; ?
