Note that I have created my input as plain Mathematica .m files. You do not have to do this for MMADE. You can use notebook files (.nb) and have Mathematica create an autosave .m file. Note that one doesn't have to write a package to save a notebook as a .m file. The .m file export steps are the same in any case.
