Tax forms question-1099 income 
  I need to file federal for 2003. A small portion of my income was normal w-2 catagory. Most was 1099 income, working out of state. I have a ton of receipts. Which forms and instructions do I need to properly complete my return? Thanks in advance.

Stimulus Check Crybabies 
  Saw an article in the paper about how unfair it is that joint filers who don't both have SSN get no check. I can see some cases where they should probably give the single payment, but they gave the example of the guy here on an H-1B visa (I assume, or perhaps he is green card) and the foreign wife with TIN.
