A quiet day on the street created a general lack luster trading session
today. Crude Oil moved lower on the session today and we'll continue to
monitor the gas situation for any potential dips that we're all hoping

Commodities Markets
Energy Sector: Light Crude (NYM) shed $1.73 on the day to close at
$124.23 a barrel ($US per bbl.); Heating Oil (NYM) shed $0.08 on the
day to close at $3.56 a gallon ($US per gal.); Natural Gas (NYM) shed
$0.24 on the day to close at $11.30 per million BTU ($US per mmbtu.);
Unleaded Gas (NYM) shed $0.04 on the day to close at $3.16 a gallon
($US per gal.).

Metals Markets: Gold (CMX) shed $0.90 to close at $884.90 ($US per Troy
oz.); Silver (CMX) gained $0.32 to close at $17.23 ($US per Troy oz.);
Platinum (NYM) gained $21.50 to close at $2,123.30 ($US per Troy oz.)
and Copper (CMX) gained $0.03 to close at $3.75 ($US per lb.).

Livestock and Meat Markets (cents per lb.): Lean Hogs (CME) gained 0.15
to close at 77.03; Pork Bellies (CME) shed 0.53 to close at 79.55; Live
Cattle (CME) shed 0.23 to close at 94.30; Feeder Cattle (CME) gained
0.85 to close at 110.78.

Other Commodities (cents per bu.): Corn (CBT) shed 14.50 to close the
session at 614.75 and Soybeans (CBT) shed 15.50 to close the session at
1,342.50.

Bonds were higher across the board today: 2 year bond shed 3/32 to
close at 99 21/32 with a Yield of 2.30, Yield Change +0.06; 5 year bond
shed 7/32 to close at 100 16/32 with a Yield of 3.01, Yield Change
+0.05; 10 year bond shed 7/32 to close at 100 20/32 with a Yield of
3.79, Yield Change +0.02; the 30 year bond shed 8/32 to close at 97
10/32 on the day with a Yield of 4.53, Yield Change +0.01.

The e-mini Dow $5 ended the commodity session today at 12,875 with a
gain of 131 points on the trading session. Futures Traders should
