Does anyone know how I can change 2007 extensions to default to 2003 on open or access? We have 2003 installed with the compatibility pack, but need all docs to open as 2003 extensions.

Folks, I guess the title says it all... I'd like to use the "open with transform" feature of word 2007 to transform some (fairly simple) XML files into a nice Word document. This works for most things, but it doesn't handle lists at all, it puts them into <p> tags for some reason. and after looking at the xml in document.xml, the bullets are in their own w:p tags. I'm trying to achieve an export on a web application. I create the xml in a stringbuilder and write it to the response and save it as contentType msword. This will work for data only until now. My image is still giving errors. I've also been trying to add the image in the xml itself but i'm getting an error (when opening in word after export)... more »

I have just started accepting some Word documents which have a different namespace value for "w" and "v" from those documents I have used before. I'd rather not try to maintain two parallel XSLT files.
