Hola a todos.
En SQL 2000 ¿hay forma de saber, sin tener una traza activa, qué
usuario creó un login determinado? ¿Se almacena esta info en alguna
tabla, vista, schema, etc? He revisado syslogins, pero no encuentro la
info que necesito.

No. No se almacena dicha información a menos que usted configure al SQL
Server en modo C2 Audit (no recomendado para servidores en producción).
