Welcome to Mach-II for CFML Google Group!
We're glad you have decided to join. Our Google Group is the best place to interact with other Mach-II developers. We encourage all members to be a link of our "support chain" by contributing back to the project. Whether it's by discussing particular issues on the list, contributing to our wiki or by suggesting new ideas, your time and contribution is what makes the Mach-II community a great place to be.
A few reminders to new members:
- How you ask your question will impact what answers you might receive. It best to give as much information up front as it encourages people to share their thoughts and suggestions. Ambiguous and vague questions are more less likely to solicit questions asking for more information.
- If you are asking about a particular exception you are getting, please include a stack trace, error messages and any other information that you feel would help. Also, mention the version of Mach-II you are using and the CFML engine vendor and version.
- If think you found a bug in Mach-II, please search our bug tracker to see if it's fixed in a new version or if there is a workaround posted. Usually, it's best to post to the list about it before filing a bug report.
- Consider visiting our wiki to search our documentation before posting a question. If it is a piece of documentation that appears to be missing from our wiki, please feel free to create a new ticket requesting documentation or even better yet -- contribute back to the project by writing some new documentation.
- Don't be afraid to ask a question. There is not such thing as a "stupid" question.
New Member Moderation - All New Member Messages Are Moderated to Reduce Spammers
We've had some problems with spammers posting to our list in the past. All new members messages are moderated by Team Mach-II until we turn that off "new member moderation" in your membership. So don't worry if your message doesn't show up right away. It will post as soon as a team member approves it and then we'll add you to the whitelist. We do NOT moderate messages based on technical content so don't worry about about that. We only check to see if it's blatant spam.
Welcome to the community from Team Mach-II!
