I know I got everyone started, then went MIA, but I'm back....
I totally fell of the wagon, but today got back on and this is what I
accomplished:
100 situps (r,l,o)
30 pushups
1 min plank, 2 mini breaks
2 min v-sit, modified, arms in diff positions
50 squats.
I have come to realize just how far I've strayed from my fitness
goals...so I am going to make a diligent effort to get back on track,
fitness wise and eating wise as well. I have been enjoying my evening
cocktail a bit too much with this warm weather, so I think next week
will be a "dry" week for me and I'll see if the scale likes that
better.
Good Luck to anyone/everyone who's trying to do this challenge with
me!!

I got through one bout of challenge this week. I've lost 2 lbs. but
that's because I've gotten home 2 nights too late to eat dinner. I
rode hill repeats (yes, it's as painful as it sounds, mostly) on Wed.
Riding tomorrow. Sunday, who knows? I plan to do the challenge before
the ride tomorrow, and before whatever we do on Sunday. I hate when
I negotiate my workout time!
Thanks for bringing us back into focus, E!

Yesterday, I took a step circuit class in the morning, then late
afternoon, took my doggie on a long walk.
Today, I ran about 1 1/2miles in the morning..then did a bunch of
errands etc, then came home and did the challenge....push ups & planks
are my nemesis.
I am going to try my hardest to keep on truckin....even tho I am not
completing the full challenge, I feel my core tightening..which is
always a good thing!!
Have a great week everyone!!

Well, I have no classes to teach or attend this week, so I hope to get
on this challenge in the Hotel room, where ever I end up. I have
packed my resistance tube, running shoes (I have never ran before but
enjoy walking) and a Yoga DVD. I will check in on my iTouch and very,
very hopefully report that I do something/anything every day. I am
very scared as I have no will power on the road and usually eat
atrociously, so I really need to keep up with my fitness. Cheers to
you Elizabeth and Shay and Deborah for keeping this alive.
