To this day, all iPods are limited to only store 1000 notes in the iPod's notes folder. Until Apple enhances their iPod notes feature, we have to compromise. If you have other content in your iPod's notes folder other than iWorkout, just move it to your computer and delete it from your iPod. This will free up space in your iPod's notes folder.
