I can't see the visuals or illustrations. Why is this how do I fix it?
In order to see the visuals/illustrations/videos you need to check two things:

A: What kind of iPod are you using?
 

Only new iPods with color screens have the capability to view photos and videos. Older iPods, iPod Mini and iPod Shuffle do not have picture viewing capabilities. Our software currently does not support the iPod Shuffle because the device does not have a display screen.

B: If you have an iPod with a color screen the visuals still don't show up: 

You must enable album art to be viewed on your iPod. To do this, open iTunes and in the left hand column goto:  Devices > Your iPod > Summary.  Located in this menu is a checkbox that says, "Display album artwork on your iPod". Check this box.

During instalation you must install the items that are in the "Media" folder (This is labeled as step 2). Simply goto iTunes and add all files within the "Media" folder to your iTunes Music Library.
