Mac Installation Instructions

1. Connect your iPod to your Macintosh computer. 

2. Double click the installer file.

3. Accept the license agreement. Click "Accept". 

4. Click the "Continue" button until you are prompted to select an installation location.

5. Select your iPod as the installation location.  Click "Install".

6. Add the iWorkout media files to your iTunes library and your iPod.

7. Update your iPod in iTunes. 

8. You may now eject your iPod from your computer.  Installation is now complete!

PC Installation Instructions

1. Connect your iPod to your Windows PC. 

2. Double click the installer file. 

 <== (If you are installing iWorkout from a CD, the CD installer file icon will look like this)

3. A welcome screen will appear.  Click "Next".

4. Accept the license agreement. Click "Accept".  Then click "Next".

5. Here you are prompted to select an installation location.  Click the "Change" Button.

6. Select your iPod as the installation location.  Click "OK". 

7. The installer will prompt you to install iWorkout to your iPod.  Click "Install".

8.  After installation there is one more step.  A dialog labeled "One more step..." will show up.  Read and perform the instructions and then click "Finish".

9.  On your desktop you will see a folder labeled "Media".  Open this folder.

10. Add all of the contents of the "Media" folder to your iTunes library and your iPod.

11. Update/Sync your iPod.

12. You may now eject your iPod from your computer.  Your installation is now complete!
