I was curious if there is a set schedule for shooting new areas that
do not currently have street view, our town currently does not have
it, but it is about 15 miles away and creeping this direction. Our
business has specials for the current month painted on our windows,
and i have a concern over people seeing the ads and requesting that
special, then we end up with false advertising as they may see it
months later and it would no longer be valid.
I would like for someone with google street view to contact me in
regards to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, so that we could set a date to
have our windows re-painted for the day the google cameras will be
out. This way what is seen clearly reflects what someone can expect
months or years down the road rather than this month only.
I'm sure there is always concerns over this type of information being
let out, and we are more than willing to keep quiet about such a date
in return to avoid angry customers saying they saw a price online.
