Ceasar is always haveing these horrible dreams and he foresees the deaths of others I think it would might look good to show everyone who comes in contact with Ceasar to have an evil or twisted scary looking double mirroring their actions. When Ceasar is killing these people he is actually attacking the evil or twisted double. and the normal character mirrors the double when attacked.

In the scene with Ceasar dreaming. What if we put Ceaser sleeping in the middle of the stage. The stage is completely dark with the exception of a single spot light focussed on Ceasar. As he sleeps spot lights flash on and off momentarily highlighting the twisted doubles he is killing in red, and white spotlights flashing on the different normal characters. The characters both twisted and normal slowely close and withdraw from the sleeping Ceasar who is alone with is spotlight starting to fail. Every time the light on him goes out he screams in horror, but doesn't wake
