Here's a list of feature requests for Customize Google:
Secure https
When 'favicon.ico' option is enabled, don't use https to get favicon.
It causes security popups when the server certificates have problems.
Either get with http or don't get at all.
Switch to HTTPS for Finance.Google
Switch to HTTPS for Orkut
Switch to HTTPS for Google Notebook (Google doesn't support this yet anyway)
Switch to HTTPS for iGoogle
Switch to HTTPS for Google Groups
Web Search
Ability
to change link targets where search results are subscription-based
sites (like experts-exchange) to point to directly to Google Cache
(since many sites let Google spider pages for SEO). Example (compare top result to cached version).
Ability to add links to Coral Cache like it's been done for Google Cache within the search results.
Ability to add search engines from Mycroft to the list of search engines and run queries on them instead of just the default list
or just a checklist to allow us to choose which search services we want displayed. (delicious especially would be nice to have)
show any digg/delicious/technorati rankings/scores next to the results.
show results from notepad, bookmarks, reader etc on the right.
google search with fixed topbar (greasemonkey script "Google Search Fixed Topbar")
build a filter for case sensitive search results, i.e. filter cardspace and CARDSPACE from a search for CardSpace
highlight search terms in the result pages (Google Toolbar has this option already)
Link next to 'Cached' and 'Similar Pages' for 'Translated' to use Google Translate for pre-selected language
Have pull down option for 'Search by Date' always available on the main search page
Images Search
Specify image size (small, medium, large, or extra large)
When "Rewrite links to point straight to the images" is enabled, create a page with the full-size image in one frame, and a link to the original page in the other, so you can always see the image in the original web page context (or in the presence of anti-hotlinking servers) even if you closed the original search results window.
Gmail
Drag and drop file onto Gmail window to attach file to message
Option
to remove "footer" in Gmail (I have a Greasemonkey script that does
this - I believe the pertinent code is: "div#ft { display: none
!important; }")
Hide "Invite [person you just emailed] to Gmail".
Widen the msgbody textarea when composing and replying to emails, to a user-defined size.
move
the navigation tabs (inbox, archive, etc..) to along the top so that
the contacts and labels move up. This might allow you to see more than
a few labels.
Option to load Gmail in Simplified HTML mode
instead of standard mode (?ui=html; to speed up display), as well as in
"older version" (?ui\\0751; the newer version has bugs).
Add a button to Gmail to check for new messages on your POP account (like in this topic)
Multiple signitures that vary based on your From address (Greasemonkey script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1592, but I think that one broken with the new interface)
Disable the 'conversations' (I don't think this is possible, but it has been requested)
Incorporate
features of Better Gmail (I'm not saying I support this, but someone
did request it, and they were just as unspecific)
Have the message area expand to the right into the unused space if ads are removed
Maps
append "&hl=en&f=q" for non-us-users to enable street view
If possible, provide an option to automatically hide maps when printing directions from maps.google.com.
As it stands, once Print is clicked, a new simplified window with
directions and a map is displayed and the print dialog pops up. To
print only the directions without a map, the user must close the print
dialog, click "Hide Maps", then bring up the print dialog again.
Add links to other map sites: Microsoft Maps has Aerial "bird's eye" view that's better than satellite, for instance.
Reader
add links to digg, reddit, etc to allow you to digg results directly from within Reader
Ability to disable or re-enable CG without needing to restart the browser
Possibly consolidate all the options to switch to HTTPS into one page, with a button to enable all or disable all as well.
Consolidate all of the options to remove ads too
Memorize one cookie for each service, in that way is possible stay
connected with multiple account. e.g. stay logged in Gmail with user A
while not stay logged for web search (or stay logged with user B)
add option to customize what services are offered at the top (Firefox add-on: "iGoogleBar")
I've incorporated all of the requests in this discussion into the
actually page, and cleaned it up/reorganized a bit.

@kino-zubastyj: About disabling, I believe Firefox 3 will allow you to
install or uninstall add-ons without the need to reinstall Firefox, so
I'm guessing you will be able to disable them as well.

Google Reader-specific mail addresses for list subscriptions.
I would have one address for each high volume mailing that I belong
to. bloglines has had this feature since day dot. I never (or only
very occassionally) reply to the posts because they are such high
volume. (Of course the list should convert to RSS, but I don't control
