Welcome to the Conlang Books Project.

First off: Writely just got fully Googlified (now "Google Documents and  Spreadsheets"), so I've taken the opportunity to move this from  Backpack over to Google Groups, because I think we were starting to  push the limit of what Backpack is capable of handling well. The only  real drawback is that todo lists don't work as well here - but the  messaging does. This is a shared email list between all of the projects, so please  prepend any new thread with one of these headers:

I've invited everyone over who was on Backpack and posted a message backlogging the previous conversation. The artlang writeboard has been added to the CL101: Artlang: Overview document; please continue to use it to vote. 

The Pages section on the right should have one called "links": http://groups-beta.google.com/group/conlang-books/web/links and there you'll find links to all of the documents.

You will need an invite to collaborate on the documents. This can be  done by *anyone* who already has edit priviledges on it, so just post a
message under the apporpiate tag and someone will take care of it.
