I can't find the top-50 on their website yet, but the April 23 edition
of eWeek lists Dr. Kay as:

#16  Dr. Alan Kay
Viewpoints Research Institute
Co-founder of Xerox PARC, still active in the One Laptop Per Child
initiative.
