As far as I can see (after several days of staring at the screen), the
variables in the html page match the variables in the template.

When I use the page, I get:

Form was not processed due to an error.
    403 No variable substitutions in template
    /home/blended/public_html/cgiemail/productinfo.txt
cgiemail 1.6

Where have I screwed up?
