You want something that none of those projects you mention can do. You
should try ot tie together rietveld and trac? Then add more pm-ish things to
it? I wouldn't start with Gforge, either (and I have patches in that
project...)

Hello.

I have one very optimistic question which I pretty much stated in the
subject. Can I get the Google Code code somewhere to set it up in my
own environment?

Since Google is probably running this in highly specialized
environments, my guess is that the answer to this question is "no".

I'm not sure on what the guide lines for this board are, but I think I
can answer your question.

Simple HTML support isn't available as of the moment. There will
probably be support in the future however I'm not a Google employee so
I couldn't tell you for certain.

Hello!

I recently tried to create a project named "grace", however, since
SourceForge also had a project named grace, that developer needed to
approve it, which he did. (Though it looks like it rejected it first,
then approved it.) He also sent me a personal email saying it was
