  I hear the tools are pretty easy, and if you can use Xcode and Cocoa you are &lt;br&gt; all set, it seems. I plan to fool around with it more when 2.0 comes out &lt;br&gt; though, so don&#39;t take my word for it yet.

  Your router or the card in the computer? I&#39;m not familiar with &lt;br&gt; Westell, except I&#39;ve heard Verizon gives away their routers with DSL.

  Unfortunately, 10.5 suffers from a slew of airport problems. These &lt;br&gt; seem to have been mostly fixed (from what I have heard) for 10.5.2 &lt;br&gt; with the recent Airport Update thingy (check Software Update), but I &lt;br&gt; can&#39;t verify myself, as I never had any problems, using Airport on &lt;br&gt; both a new iMac and an iBook G4 quite regularly.

  Clarkson MUG, &lt;br&gt; I just installed 10.5 in my Powerbook G4 (1.67 GHz). &lt;br&gt; So far I can&#39;t see much difference from 10.4 to 10.5 -- Not like 10.3 to 10.4. &lt;br&gt; I cannot get my airport to work at home. It sees the network, but I &lt;br&gt; get a timeout. I am the admin on the DSL pouter (Four 100 MHz &lt;br&gt; ethernet ports, plus 102.11g), and have tried all manner of router

  Has anyone gotten the macs to work with the new active directory system &lt;br&gt; on campus? I know you need to fool around with the application &lt;br&gt; &amp;quot;Directory Access.app&amp;quot;, but I haven&#39;t gotten much farther than that. I &lt;br&gt; also know that the campus system will only accept NTLMv2 security. &lt;br&gt; Brian
