Local Tucson Restaurants:

Carraba's Italian Grill - While it does not include pasta dishes, Carraba's offers a gluten free menu. Located at 7635 N. Oracle Road.

Chili's - Offers a gluten free menu. Download it  [HERE] . The menu changes monthly. If the link provided does not work, you may proceed to the Chili's home page from it to locate the latest menu. The Southern Arizona Celiac Support website suggests that you be sure that the chef and server understand one's dietary needs. Two locations at 5150 E Broadway Blvd (in front of Barnes & Noble) and at 1640 W Valencia Road.

Claim Jumper - Also has an online gluten free menu. Located at the El Con Mall at 3761 E Broadway Blvd.

El Charro - All El Charro locations now have what the restaurant calls a "gluten sensitive" menu. It includes their famous carne seca any other options, with suggestions such as "order with corn tortillas". Their yummy guacamole is also on the menu. There are four Tucson locations.

Feast Tasteful Takeout - Gluten free menu available inside restaurant and online as the regular menu with indication of what can be made gluten free. At 4122 E Speedway Blvd. Please inform staff of needs.

Fleming's Steakhouse -  Yes, they do offer a gluten free menu. Fine steakhouse dining located in the new shopping center on the southeast corner of Campbell and Sunrise. Be sure to let your server and chef know which menu you need to order from, asking for it on arrival as it is not online.

Lotus Garden - Right now, this restaurant does not offer a gluten free menu, but the owner Darryl Wong is very knowledgeable about gluten free diets, preparing traditional dishes such as breaded sweet and sour pork gluten free! He has also hinted that he can prepare foods for other dietary needs as well, per a recent trip made there. Please contact him directly. He will guide you through the ordering process. Per the Southern Arizona Celiac Support Group's website, a gluten free menu is coming. Reservations are recommended. Located at 5975 E Speedway Blvd.

Lovin' Spoonfuls - A vegetarian restaurant that offers a gluten free menu. Please be cautious as they do not take many precautions for cross contamination. Located in the Albertson's/Osco Shopping Center at 2990 N Campbell Avenue.

Olive Garden - Specifically, the Broadway at Craycroft location - Offers a gluten free menu that changes daily; printed on request.

On the Border - This chain-Mexican Food flavored restaurant offers several different allergens-free menu options. There are two locations in Tucson. One is on Broadway, west of Craycroft on the north side of the street. The other is at River and Stone. Do alert your server and the manager to your needs.

Outback Steakhouse - Offers a gluten free menu. Click [HERE] for a PDF version that you can download. There are several children's meals available. Be sure to have them print out the menu on arrival and that they understand your family's dietary needs. Outback Steakhouse has the following locations: 4871 E Grant Road (east of the Grant & Swan Road intersection) and 2240 W Ina Road (at the Foothills Mall). 

PF Chang's China Bistro - Offers a gluten free menu. Download it [HERE]. The menu is in the restaurant as well. They are located at 1825 W River Road.

Pei Wei - A fast casual restaurant owned by PF Chang's, they also offer an online menu on their website. Find it  [HERE]. There are several locations here in Tucson: 845 E University Blvd, 5285 E Broadway Blvd (in front of Target), and 633 W Ina Road, (behind the Wild Oats, coincidentally at Oracle & Ina).

Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill - Download their allergen chart [HERE].

As with any restaurant, be sure to make your needs known on arrival. Take the chart with you.

Not So Local Arizona Restaurants:

Picazzo's - Offers both a regular pizza menu and a completely gluten free menu. Both can be viewed  [HERE]. Currently, Picazzo's is located in Sedona, Flagstaff, Mesa, the north part of Scottsdale, with a second location open in south part of Scottsdale. It is rumored to be coming to Tucson. Their menu and restaurant are approved by the Celiac Sprue Association. Road trip anyone?
