Met-Rx Super Cookie Crunch bar is NO LONGER GLUTEN FREE. Information
on this product will be updated in the next food SmartList release
which is due out in about 10-14 days.

Ah! I wonder if we saw you last weekend at the pizza place!

I was unaware of Eclectic Cafe having a GF menu, and will have to
check it out. Thanks Tacia!

Thanks for the info. We just finished a bag of the gf gingersnaps at
our house, and definately will add it to this month's update of the
gluten free shopping list. From TJ's we have also had the flourless gf
chocolate cake, but I haven't seen it there lately. There is an
"almost flourless" chocolate cake, but I've not verified if it is the

Trader Joe's also has GF ginger snap cookies, flourless chocolate cake ready
made (confirm the cake prior to posting), pancake mix, and brownie mix.

Eclectic Cafe

Greetings,
I just learned that Eclectic Cafe and Eclectic Pizza have GF menus, and yes
they have GF pizza. I tried it for the first time last weekend and had the
pizza-what a treat!

Whole Foods Market announced a voluntary recall in select states of
the fresh ground beef it has sold between June 2 and August 6, 2008
because of a concern that it may be contaminated with E. coli 0157:H7
