#814: Custom error Functions dont work

 Tryed to create a Function for Errorhandling as described in
 http://www.cherrypy.org/wiki/ErrorsAndExceptions -> Anticipated HTTP
 responses but i end up with "In addition, the custom error page failed:
 coercing to Unicode: need string or buffer, function found"
 Im using CherryPy 3.1.0beta3

Comment:

 The ability to provide an error-handler function (as described in that
 section) was only added in revision [1949], and there were several
 revisions before that which were tagged as "3.1beta3". Please confirm you
 have the latest revision; test_core.py shows it works at least minimally,
 and that looks like exactly the sort of error you would receive with a
 slightly older revision.
