After all availble input it appears that August 9th is the best date to reschedule Ginny and Elliott's party. We can discuss at dance this evening.

The party is officially the evening of Saturday August 9th. The hall has
been reserved by Jim. I will send out the 'official' invitation within the
next week.

We may need to decide on the payment procedure soon. Will we give someone a check, or should I (T) pay someone out of the Thursday night take. I assume the money would go to Jim and Lisa and that they will pay the country club. If so I need to start setting aside the money (NOT going to the bank) soon. If up give them the money, I suggest giving them fifty dollars a week. Is the group paying  two hundred? two hundred fifty?
    There are only six thursdays until the party.

Hello All,

Doss has said he can give me a check for the $200 that CCID will donate
towards the cost of the party. I can put the money up as soon as we need it.
Jim told me he has already put the deposit down so we probably do not need
to come up with any more money for the Driftwood Country Club until Jim and
Lisa get back. If we want to take the money directly from the Thursday night
dues I guess that would be okay also. I can put up the money initially and
then be paid back over the course of a month or two - this would save Doss
writing a check. Whatever works. I sent out the invitation to the party
tonight. But in case you have not received it, here it is again:
