Subject: messed up dependency view
The dependence view is not clear for complex classes and or complex
packages. Everything is messed up and can not clearly identify
dependencies between classes. How to solve thins ???

Clean up your design. That is the whole point of byecycle.

A bit less sarcastically now: I believe we can improve byecycle to do
much better with the layout algorithm. There comes a point, though,
that you do have to clean up your code.
