This is already fixed in the next byecycle release.
For now, have you tried simply deleting the .byecycle directories?

Hi,

I tried out byecycle. It looks pretty good. Our project is old and
massive, so it doesn't seem like a good fit. After uninistalling, I
get an error with CVS: "Resource /<projectname>/.byecycle is not
local. It doesn't look like the plugin cleaned up after itself.

Any ideas? Or, will I have to create a new workspace? There are

I have actually experimented a little with layout in byecycle, with a
genetic algorithm. It sort-of works, in my first weird variant. My second,
more "proper" fares much worse. Neither is better than byecycle currently
is, I would say. I suspect one problem lies in how the stressmeter is tuned:
I find if I up the force for the "dependency-down" force, I get better

As you would do in order to uninstall any other eclipse plugin, just
go to

Help --> Software Updates --> Manage Configuration

identify the ByeCycle plugin, right click on it and select
"uninstall".
This should do the job ;-)

I want to report some feedback on the graph layout of byecycle.
Although graphical visualization of dependencies is a great idea, its
implementation is currently not satisfactory.

I´ve tried do install it @ rad 6 and it corrupted my j2ee view.
