• PageRank™ Updated - Updated 9 May
  Owing to the recent update of Google's PageRank score, we have synchronized our database to reflect the latest changes.

• Snap Preview Anywhere™ - Updated 28 Feb
  It is always better to have more transparency over what is going on. So we though having a preview of every single listed blog will save you time in locating a desired blog. We have therefore chose Snap as our service provider. Snap has been utterly professional in offering site previews to webmasters and has proven success from the various popular sites that provides Snap previews. We hope that users would benefit from Snap and enjoy reading blogs rather than finding blogs. But we know it is not prefect yet, so we would like to hear from you! • Submissions approval delays - Updated 4 Nov
  Our moderators will be on vacation this week and will not be able to manually approve blogs. Thank you for your understanding and please rest assure that all submitted blogs will be reviewed manually right after we start working.
  
  
• News from Blog Announce, November - Updated 4 Nov
  Over the past few days in November, we have started to add in 'Featured Links' as a kind of submission. The current price is USD 2.95/mo and is expected to go up after the next PageRank update. Also, as mentioned in the previous post, we will be switching from a reciprocal-optional directory to a reciprocal-required directory to maintain the quality of listed blogs and to reduce the amount of spam submission we receive daily. I would like to once again remind webmasters that we are a blog directory and on;y accepts blogs. In other words, all non-blogs submissions (including directories, sites, etc.) will be declined. Thank you for your understanding. We have received many feedback about our SEO tools page and will start to make changes to cope with your needs. If you also have a great suggestion, please let us know. Starting from this week, we will be featuring a listed blog in this Help Center every week like other blog reviews. Stay tuned.
  
  
• Upcoming changes to Blog Announce - Updated on 18 Oct
  For more than a month, we have been providing free-for-all blog listings to both blogs which have reciprocals or not. However, as part of our mission to develop the Internet's most powerful blog directory where you could only find high quality, spam free, family freindly blogs and to provide the best user experience, we will be adding paid submissions in November and gradually switching all submissions to paid ones and at the same time removing ads beside lisitings. We understand that some bloggers might not have the budget to pay for listings but still have great content. Therefore, during the transition period, we will offer both paid and free reciprocal required listings. After that, we will use PageRank to determine whether the content quality of a blog. Although we cannot reveal the basic requirements to be listed for free-reciprocal-required listings at this time, please rest assure that we will set up a fair, representative and efficient standard to fit our missions. While this is all we could reveal at this time, we encourage you to stay tuned and we will notify you of any ongoing amendments. Thanks for your patient and support.
   
• More tools added- Updated on 14 Oct
  We have added in two more tools for you to explore your blog's SEO status. Now, together with the old tool, you could:
  
  1. Check keyword density in your blog
  We will crawl the whole page and displays a list of keyowrds that are frequently appearing in your blog. You could view them in cloud view or in a sorted table. By knowing the keyword desity, you could estimate when your blog is going to appear in a search results with a given search term (keyword).
  
  2. Check backlinks to your blog
  Wondering who have placed a link that links to your blog? Check it out with our backlink checker which even tells you the PageRank of the site that links to you. Now you won't have to visit every single site that has backlinks to check out their PageRank. The more links from high PageRank pages, the higher yoursearch engine is.
  
  3. Check search engine position in Google and Yahoo
  With out position cheaker, you won't have to wonder which keywords your blog appears in search engines. We directly sent queries to Google and Yahoo and list out the positions where your blog appears.
  
  In case you have a even better tool to suggest, we will be glad to include it after you have submitted in via our feedback form.

  We thought it would be more fun to go beyond listings. Now, we have included two brand new pages which includes a SEO tips and a SEO tools page. We have chosen a few articles about blogging tips and a tool to help you explore the keyword density of your blog.
