Subject: KeyboardController onKeyUp event
Hi to all:

we've been using KeyboardController to catch user input in our games.
We have an issue with the onkeyup event, because the
keyboardcontroller wasn't propagating it.
A quick solution to this was to extend fever.events.KeyboardEvent to
contain a public keyUp boolean property, and, on the other hand,
adding an optional parameter (isKeyUp :Boolean )to :
fever.app.accelerator.KeyboardController
--onKeyUp
--_prepareEvent
--_fireEvent

to set the KeyboardEvent keyUp property.

Then, on the KeyboardController, if some keyCombo is added, the
onKeyUp propagation is disabled, and again it is enabled if the combo
map is empty.

what do you think about this?
