locate theBanana(tm) so that it could carry its  philosophy of fighting
abuse (although falsely claimed) with abuse to RL.  Not knowing how AOL
works it _assumed_ everything which was incorrect, then believed the
well known and well documented kook, Marc Dufour AKA Etaoin Shrdlu AKA
ss[]ss.org, and posted that theBanana(tm) was posting from an open
relay in Canada, from London, from New York, from New Jersey and was a

There can be no other observation than that the HCM Kook is so
*obsessed* with revenge and anger that it has been blinded to truth and
reality.  It has been on a "mission" to destroy someone who outed it as
as the kook that it is.

Its obsession has absolutely nothing to do with right or wrong, but
rather with revenge for having every one of spammy's acts of
retaliation, which it falsely and maliciously blamed on theBanana(tm),
debunked and posted.

Judge by the anger of the kook poster, the frequency of kook rants and
the motives behind the poster / posts.

If the HCM Kook and its company have experienced real damages as it
claims, why does it take no action?  Why didn't it take any action when
spammy joe-jobbed hillscapital.com or when Dippy posted / forged the
first page of its company website in HTML on usenet under its bosses
name Stan Fisher?

Why would _anyone_ post kook rants under their real name via their
company Internet resources?

Perhaps because its anger, hostility, fear, obsessive personality,
thirst for revenge, and paranoia prevent it from living in the real
world, cause it to confuse fantasy with fact and blind it to the fact
that its kook rantings, and the abusive program spamvampire hosted on
its company website, are already taking a tool on its company's bottom
line.

Judging by its increased frequency of posts and frothing in NANAE as of
late, it would appear that its job may very well be on the line.  How
long can it continue to fool its employer and continue to blame someone
else for its personality defects and inappropriate behaviour?

Even when ignored, the Hills Capital Management Kook goes on and on and
on and on and on, posting the exact same sentences, paragraphs, and
sometimes entire articles, over and over and over and over again.

It has been documented in NANAE as a usenet spammer when it stalked
theBanana(tm) and attempted to hijack *every* thread posted in by
theBanana(tm) in one day, resulting in it posting the exact same
identical word for word article eight (8) times.

If the HCM Kook had two functioning brain cells to rub together, it
would take its own advice and K/F theBanana(tm) and be done with it.

Oh, wait, it did do that several times and then always had some excuse
for continuing its stalking of BananaPosts(tm).

nothing, especially for any of its problems, particularly spammers
retaliating against it and its company for spamvampiring them.

It is insecure and will usually follow the suggestion of a NANAE
regular who it thinks is respected.  It acts exactly as s skinny lone
wild dog who meets a new pack of wild dogs and attempts to put its nose
up the lead (alpha male) dogs arse as a plea for acceptance.

NANAE regulars suggested that he K/F this poster because the HCM Kook
was obsessing and everyone saw it.  He did K/F this poster but then
when it couldn't resist its obsession to stalk and act the kook any
longer, it posted the above in NANAE as an excuse to resume its
attacking / stalking posts.

The HCM Kook is known for posting multiple responses to one post and
frequently following up its own post, particularly making more DEMANDS
with time limits in hours and then following up when no one bothers to
respond or jump through hoops for it.

interested in who said what, Google is your friend.  SOme are the very

The HCM Kook insists that everyone take sides whilst many refuse to
play its game.

The Hills Capital Management Kook has attacked anyone who has disagreed
with it, causing many to K/F and/or ignore it.  No one wants to become
the object of its inappropriate stalking and obsessive behaviour.

No matter what happens with this kook award, the HCM Kook will not stop
its stalking and attacking, nor will it solve its problem with
retaliation by spammers who it spamvertised.

It is generally accepted that fighting abuse with abuse is unacceptable
in the spam fighting arenas.  Given that, how insane must an
anti-spammer be to openly admit to using and advocating the use of
abuse to fight abuse, which is most likely in violation of most ISP's
AUP / TOS.
