loosing? you meant losing.
there's no good diet.
what you do is you stop eating CRAP!
if you eat any processed foods.. you're not going to lose weight or
get enough vitamins and minerals.
folks can't seem to be even forced to eat veggies and fruits... stay
away from the canned crap, frozen shit and anything processed with an
ingredient list that's longer than most men's small peni.
you're not going to lose weight.. get over it.
fundamental issue i find...
folks think... that eating cheerios with cow's milk is going to help
them not only lose tonage.. BUT help drop their cholesterol.
if you believe that.. then you're doomed.
what works is.....
don't eat the cheerios.... drink soymilk... (processed but the
ingredient list is small... one must read labels...) and eat
steamed spinach... a carrot... orange juice (that's not
concentrated...) a banana.. for breakfast...
then learn from that...
in 2 months.... you're going to lose the weight and that plaque in
your bloodstream will be softening up and flushing out.
read the labels... learn about what those ingredients are really
made of and stay away from most processed element and most meats...
if you want meat... keep it to chicken and get it from the butcher.
it's not that HARD!
besides.... you'll go from empty caloric intake... to packed with
vitamins and minerals intake with fewer (much fewer) calories.
and anything marked DIET.... STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM THAT ALSO!
our intestines do not like chemicals!
